Dear Chamber Members,
The board is asking the general membership for nominations for Secretary for your board.
The time involvement is approximately 12 hours a month which includes:
- Sending out reminders of upcoming and attending the monthly chamber meetings with task of taking minutes and then sharing with the entire membership via Mailchimp
- Attending monthly Board meetings with task of taking minutes and then send out to board members (7).
- Be a voting member on the board
- Miscellaneous: Helping with flyer design of events, etc.
Please submit nominations prior to March 28, 2025.
