Vendor Registration

By submitting this application, I understand that:

• Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• My spot is not confirmed until payment is received, unless other arrangements have been made with Chamber President/Treasurer.
• I am responsible for providing my own table, tent, and electric power cords(if required)
• Vendors are expected to keep their area clean and be respectful of other vendors and guests.
• A cleaning fee will be charged if my booth is left with trash or miscellaneous items after the event.
